Its appeal lies in enjoying breathtaking hot springs and the flavors of Mikawa with all five senses, and it is also beloved as the &#8220;Shogi Inn,&#8221; having witnessed more than 90 professional shogi title matches, including the Osho and Meijin championships. While preserving the Japanese-style character of the ryokan to the fullest, we have added new spatial elements &#8212; materials and colors drawn from Gamagori&#8217;s natural surroundings &#8212; to create the experience of working as if immersed in the nature of Gamagori itself.<\/p>\n<p>We have also extended the entryway space where guests once stepped from the ryokan corridor into their rooms, creating a shared, in-between corner where you can approach the office without removing your shoes.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, each office features a distinctive, large L-shaped desk that lets you work from a variety of angles and postures, along with a &#8220;Panorama View Desk&#8221; that lets you fully savor the Mikawa Bay scenery visible through the window.
